H3 indicate short distance travel including streets and roads, H9 indicate long distance travel including highways and bypasses and H11 indicate airway travel including outstation and overseas travel.

Moon in H3 gives frequent short travels and if Moon be benefic then short travels will be smooth and good but if Moon be malefic then short distance travel will be under distress.
