Strong and un-afflicted H3 expresses love and affection without fear and without hesitation.

Afflicted H3 because of Sani or Ragu or Ketu causes love failures as H3 is H11 with gains and losses to H5 which is selfish desires.

LH3 afflicted due to Ragu or Ketu causes depression due to failure in love.

LH3 afflicted or be in H6-H8-H12 causes depression due to love failure and pushing to take extreme action.

Venus in the saram of Ragu [Tiruvadri-Swathi-Sadhayam] will result in getting more scoldings rather than affection from Mother or sister or wife or lover or any females.

Venus in the Ashwini 1 will invoke good love and affection with a barren person or a person who has lost their spouse.  

Native will not be able to have love or sensual feelings with any female if Venus be in the saram of a planet A and that planet be in necham.
