It is the duty of a planet to discharge its duties irrespective of its position, but in a state of Neecham the planet will discharge its essential but minimum duties.

Neecha planet will first give poor results of its Karagathuvam and Adipathiyam and subsequently give its good karagathuvam and Adipathiyam.

Neecha planet is in Vargothamam, a position of the planer similar in Rasi and Navamsam.

Neecham planet is with a Ucham planet.

Neecha planet is in a Rasi which is in kendram from Moon.

Neecha planet is in a Rasi which is in kendram from Lagnam

The Rasi Lord of the Neecha Planet is in Parivarthanai with another planet.

The Rasi Lord of the Neecha Planet is in kendram from Moon.

Neecham planet gets aspect from another Neecham planet [Will work only for Mars and Guru]

Neecham planet is in Dhanusu or Meenam or Thuma or Rishabam or Kani or Mithunam is the Navamsam

Planet in necham will give benefits like its ucham state if it be in retro or vagram.
